This wine town near Bratislava at the heart of the Pocket-sized Carpathian Wine Route, which runs between Bratislava and Trnava, Pezinok has a walkable historic centre of renovated burgher houses and a castle park dating to the 13th century. The town also has a tradition of brick-making and ceramics production alongside its viticulture, and sits close to the Little Carpathians.
