This pocket-sized Luxembourg hamlet in the canton of Redange sits at the base of the Luxembourg Sandstone formation, where natural springs are abundant enough to support a bottling operation. Hovelange once had its own railway station on the Attert line, closed in 1969. The wider region holds several UNESCO World Heritage sites.
