Granville

Small Ohio village in the rolling Welsh Hills east of Columbus, Granville is home to Denison University and a walkable centre with cafés, restaurants, and a concentration of Greek Revival architecture. Landmarks include the Buxton Inn (1812), the Granville Inn (1924), the Avery Downer House, and St. Luke's Episcopal Church (1837). The village has historical ties to both the Temperance Movement and the Abolitionist cause.
