A walkable city on the St. Lawrence River in Eastern Ontario, Brockville sits at the edge of the Thousand Islands region and offers a centre with cafés, restaurants, and historic churches. One of Ontario's oldest communities, it was established by Loyalist settlers and named after British general Sir Isaac Brock. Visitor draws include the Brockville Tunnel, the heritage mansion Fulford Place, and the Aquatarium, with the wider region ringed by UNESCO-listed sites.
