Yeghegnadzor

A little mountain town in southern Armenia's Vayots Dzor Province, Yeghegnadzor sits on the Srkghonk River at elevation and serves as a base for hiking and cave exploration in the surrounding area. It also holds the seat of the Diocese of Vayots Dzor of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Yerevan is a few hours' drive to the north.
