Tulle

Corrèze · France

Tulle, the prefecture of Corrèze in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, is a town on seven hills known for three distinct craft traditions: lace-making (celebrated with an international festival), arms manufacture, and accordion production. The old quarters climb the hillsides of the narrow Corrèze valley, with the stone spire of the Notre-Dame cathedral rising from the town centre, and a compact core of cafés and restaurants along the river below.
