Norris Point

Canada

This pocket-sized waterfront village on Bonne Bay in western Newfoundland, Norris Point sits at the edge of Gros Morne National Park amid mountain terrain. The bay setting and park access are the main draws, and the village supports a marine biology centre alongside basic services. Its name traces to Neddy Norris, a settler who arrived around 1789–1790 and whose family subsequently vanished from the historical record.
