A compact Ontario town in the township of Wilmot where the Nith River winds through a downtown designated as a Heritage Conservation District, with cafés and restaurants in the compact central core. A large metal waterwheel — replacing a wooden original built in 1990 — marks the riverside. Kitchener, Waterloo, and Stratford are all a short drive away.
