Muktagacha
Bangladesh
Muktagacha, a town in Bangladesh's Mymensingh District, is known for two things: its traditional sweet called Monda, and a 19th-century zamindar's residence — the Rajbari — that now serves as Shahid Shrity College. The Rajbari reflects the architectural and cultural ambitions of the region's former landlord class. The town sits a short distance west of Mymensingh city.
