Mestia

Georgia

A particularly photogenic highland village high in the Caucasus Mountains of northwest Georgia, Mestia sits in the Upper Svaneti region with an unusual concentration of cafés, restaurants, and churches for a settlement its size. The surrounding mountains and a nearby UNESCO World Heritage site in the wider region make it a base for exploring one of Georgia's most dramatic landscapes.
