Kavarna

Black Sea resort town on Bulgaria's northeastern coast, Kavarna has a beach, a modest yacht harbour, and a central core with cafés and restaurants. Vineyards grow in the surrounding area. The town gained wider recognition through the Kaliakra Rock Fest, an annual event that drew international rock acts during the 2000s. Cape Kaliakra lies a short distance to the east, and several golf courses designed by professionals including Gary Player and Ian Woosnam have been developed nearby.
