Home to the Priessnitz Medical Spa, founded in 1822 as the world's first hydrotherapy institute, Jeseník is a spa town in the Olomouc Region of Czechia, set among the mountains of northern Moravia and Silesia at the confluence of two rivers. The town has a good spread of cafés and restaurants for its size, and the surrounding mountain terrain offers scenic viewpoints throughout the area.
