Henningsvær

Little fishing village on several islands off the Lofoten archipelago in northern Norway, Henningsvær is known for its traditional fishing architecture and a football pitch that gained global attention through drone photography. Climbing and diving are popular activities in the area, and the village has a café and restaurant scene that is unusually rich for its size. The surrounding Lofoten landscape — rugged peaks rising from the sea — makes it one of the more photographed corners of Norway.
