Capioví
Libertador General San Martín · Argentina
Capioví, a tiny town in Misiones Province midway between Posadas and Puerto Iguazú, is known across the province for the Capioví Falls — a waterfall on the Capioví stream that forms a natural pool and is surrounded by a pocket-sized park. The town also holds an astronomical observatory and has been designated Misiones's Christmas Capital for its tradition of decorating public spaces each December with ornaments handmade from recycled plastic bottles, crafted by residents throughout the year.
