Calandula
Angola
The Calandula Falls, among the largest waterfalls in Africa, draw visitors to this little Angolan town in Malanje Province. The municipality also contains several other waterfalls, including those at Musseleji, Matão-a-Luando, and Bango-a-Zenza. Founded in 1929 and known until 1975 as Duque de Bragança — a name honoring the Portuguese sovereign Dom Pedro V — the town sits within reach of mountain terrain.
