Asni

A little town in the foothills of the High Atlas mountains, Asni serves as a gateway toward Imlil and the higher peaks beyond, with Marrakesh a short distance away. The town was severely affected by the 2023 Marrakesh-Safi earthquake, which destroyed the great majority of its houses, and visitors should expect ongoing reconstruction across the area.
